Stage 1
Design
There are many things to consider when designing a pond. Location: If possible, position your pond within your daily sight; that way, without thinking, your pond’s health and aesthetic will not be neglected for too long. Size: Bigger is not always better. Think about the proportion relative to the size of your property and the pond’s contents. Contents: Will it be a fish pond? Maybe you would just like plants? Have you thought about a water feature? All these points and more can be discussed with Marc at your initial consultation. He will bring knowledge and experience to help bring your project to life.
Stage 2
Build
Once you have settled on the design, we will commence the build. Our current flexible team of 10 have worked together for the last seven years and completed over 1,000 projects together. We use the highest quality products and always have safety and the environment at the forefront of everything we do. Jarvis Aquatics have built a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget and are well respected in the industry. We are grafters and proud of it.
Stage 3
Maintain
Pond maintenance is vital to the health of your pond. Each day, fish waste, dead plant matter, algae, and other dirt settle on the bottom of the pond and gradually build up. After time this buildup of dirt and waste makes the filters dirty and they need cleaning more often. Pond cleaning is not needed as frequently as maintenance, but it plays a vital part in the upkeep of your pond. When it’s being cleaned is probably the only time your pond goes back to the basic shell. In return the fish maintain better health and pond plants will thrive and grow. We can offer regular maintenance for your pond on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
